BOS Terms of Service
Operator contact: loading…
The service
BOS helps you find opportunities and prepare applications. You decide what is sent. BOS submits an application only after you approve it, or inside an Automatic Mode authorization that you switched on yourself and can switch off at any time.
Your account
- You sign up and sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure; use "Sign out everywhere" if a device is lost.
- Everything you give BOS must be true and yours to use. BOS never invents facts, but it can only be as accurate as what you provide.
- You are responsible for the applications you approve or authorize.
Plans
Basic is free and lets you browse. Single Service, Partial and Full are paid plans. Payments are confirmed by the operator by hand; BOS does not charge your card. A plan decides what you may do and how many applications BOS may send in a day.
Limits of what BOS does
- BOS stops, and asks you, whenever a site needs a CAPTCHA, a one-time code, a sign-in or an answer it does not have. It never bypasses these.
- We do not promise that an application will be accepted, that a site will accept an automated submission, or that an opportunity is genuine or still open. Check anything that matters.
- Employers and websites have their own rules. You are responsible for using BOS in a way those rules allow.
Acceptable use
Do not use BOS to send false, misleading or abusive applications, to attack or overload any site, or to use another person's account or documents. The operator may withdraw access from anyone who does.
Availability and liability
BOS is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and safe, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted or make an error. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost opportunities or indirect loss.
Ending
You may stop using BOS at any time and ask the operator to deactivate your account. The operator may withdraw access if these terms are broken. Records are archived, not permanently deleted.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date.
